We give guarantee for our products.

If you are not satisfied with our product, when you receive it, you can send it back to us within 7 days after product delivery and we will completely reimburse you the product cost. Buy with confidence!

Our puppets are durable and they will serve you for a long time.
Just protect puppets from high temperatures (as example don't leave them in a car in hot summer days) and do not put puppet head in a water.

Shipping

Usually orders are shipped within 3 days to 4 weeks.

If you need a puppet urgently, please contact us to check availability.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping method can be chosen by customer from Surface, Airmail, EMS express shipping.

For international orders, Surface shipping may take month or more, Airmail shipping usually takes one to two weeks , EMS express shipping takes 5 to 7 days.

Shipping cost is calculated depending on weight of your order.

For most of our foam puppets Surface shipping costs $25,
Airmail shipping costs $35, and EMS express costs $60.

Payments

Payment can be made by PayPal, credit/debet card, bank transfer or cheque.
For credit card payment processing we use service www.PayPal.com or www.2checkout.com
For payments made by cheque we will need to wait till it clears
(2 to 4 weeks).
